A Happy & blessed Mother’s Day, to you & yours, from me & mine! And ’cause I’m all about the honest crap, I just don’t have it in me to throw a bunch of sappy platitudes at you, so I’ll leave that to the May Mayhem celebrations & let my friends do it for me! I personally am not above serving up the reality…..
Even still, the reality includes the fact that I wouldn’t trade being a Mommy for all the Tequila in Mexico….though some days I could really use it!

Oh, that first one is going to be me tomorrow! I better get off this computer and get all my cleaning done today. Hubby’s gonna have to make up for last night too after making me watch a show about fishing – then falling asleep on me during Sherlock Holmes!

Yeah, funny story that kind of sort of relates to your post, but not really because a single cartoon of paint on a wall hardly compares with what I’m about to bestow you with; Once, I went on a tyrannical tirade because I found blue pen ink scribbled onto my daughter’s satin pink throne chair. It was a nasty, you just flicked your teetering mommy over into the black abyss of insanity, nasty. Today, I was making my rounds with resolve and made it to the inked chair when the ink came off like my pants during college. Parenting Fail.
Good thing this mothers day I chose to be thankful for my children instead of reserving the right be thanked for.
