I have a confession to make…I have skipped town once again…so don’t be hatin’ that I haven’t been making the rounds! Even as you were reading about my last wild adventure with Ninja Racoon, the kidlets & I had embarked on a new one…though hopefully, we come home with far less tall tales to tell about the crazy wildlife. I simply wasn’t able to turn down the chance to spend another week in Heaven On Earth, totally cut off from the world, & all the crap that goes with it. So for this week’s Wordless Wednesday, I wanted to share some shots from our own little piece of Heaven in the wild’s of cottage country!

It just wouldn’t be Heaven On Earth without the company of my kidlets, & the lack of amenities & modern conveniences affords us the rare opportunity to make our own fun…this is one such activity, with astounding & hilarious results…hand to God, I did nothing to these photos!

Holy flying baby, Batman! What a great group shot — those are hard. I’d take cottage over blogging ANY day. Well, I’m lazy, so often I take ice cream, staring at the wall or taking out the garbage over blogging, but that’s just me.
